The Trust does not accept unsolicited applications; funding is entirely discretionary and trustee-initiated for pre-selected partners. There are no income thresholds or open rounds, and decisions are made ad hoc.

The Trust avoids broad charitable causes, project-specific capital, and applicants outside its Orthodox Jewish faith-aligned remit. It does not support small grassroots organisations, startups, or entities without strong communal ties within the Orthodox Jewish network.
