The Trust funds health improvement initiatives including respite care and social care services for families supporting people with disabilities and complex health needs. Disability support encompasses day services, therapeutic activities, and inclusive programmes for children, young people, and adults with physical or learning disabilities. Education enrichment includes after-school clubs, skills training, and SEND provision for young people facing barriers. Poverty relief is addressed through community advice services tackling financial hardship and food insecurity. Cultural and heritage preservation, environmental conservation promoting green spaces, and capacity building for local organisations delivering peer support, befriending, advocacy, and outreach to isolated elderly residents, families in crisis, and disadvantaged communities are also supported. The focus is on Faversham and East Kent.

Registered charities, community groups, social enterprises, and schools can apply. The Trust prioritises projects that benefit vulnerable children, young people aged 5-19, older people experiencing isolation, families caring for disabled members, and those with disabilities needing respite or inclusive activities. Organisations must serve the Faversham (ME13) area or East Kent, with a strong preference for local grassroots charities. There is no religious restriction.

The Trust does not make grants to individuals. It also excludes national organisations that lack relevance to Faversham or projects that do not have a direct local beneficiary impact. Applications from outside the core geographic focus are unlikely to be considered, as the charity's purpose is to support community wellbeing specifically within Faversham and the surrounding East Kent area, ensuring that every grant delivers tangible benefits to local residents.

The Trust makes modest project and capital grants that enhance community facilities. It welcomes unsolicited applications and favours partnerships with grassroots charities driving authentic, evidence-based change.
