Unsolicited applications are welcomed via an online form (separate for charities/CICs and community groups), accepted on a rolling basis with decisions at quarterly trustee meetings (March, June, September, December) within 6–12 weeks. Exclusions include individuals, animal welfare, and religious activities lacking significant secular benefit.
