The Trust funds project-specific activities such as capacity-building in education to improve school access, medical care provision including essential medicines, and food drives to address resource gaps. It prioritises scalable efforts for child welfare and systemic change, supporting work that benefits underprivileged communities in Nigeria. The Trust focuses on education initiatives, healthcare outreach, and food assistance programmes, all aimed at alleviating poverty among vulnerable groups, particularly children. All funded activities must directly serve Nigerian communities, with no support for UK-based or international projects.

The Trust supports small to medium-sized NGOs, voluntary bodies, and institutions with proven local expertise in Nigeria. It prioritises organisations that focus on child welfare and systemic change, working with partners that have established local roots and a track record of impact. The Trust does not fund UK-based or international projects, and all beneficiaries must be Nigerian communities. Organisations should demonstrate a commitment to transparency and partnership-oriented approaches.

The Trust does not fund core costs, unrestricted grants, capital projects, or emergency relief. It avoids direct individual aid, focusing instead on transparent, partnership-oriented investments in sustainable Nigerian development. The Trust also does not support UK-based or international projects.

The Trust operates on an invite-only basis, making no public calls for applications. It funds project-specific and capacity-building grants through partnerships with local NGOs and institutions, favouring cautious, collaborative grantmaking.
