Unsolicited written applications—via letter or email, including aims, project details, financial accounts, and charitable status proof—are accepted on a rolling basis. Trustees meet quarterly (March, June, September, December), with submissions ideally one month prior for consideration; decisions follow meetings. Typical grants range from £1,000 to £10,000, occasionally higher for major projects.
