Young Kensington & Chelsea

Young K&C funds high-quality youth services, mental health and wellbeing support, play and recreation, and activities that include marginalised groups such as those with special educational needs and disabilities or affected by poverty. Specific funded activities include after-school clubs, youth centres, supplementary schools, and trauma support. Grants support core costs, project delivery, training, and capacity building. All funded work must take place within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The funder prioritises collaborative, direct interventions for the most disadvantaged young people.

Registered charities, community interest companies, and unincorporated associations based in or delivering services exclusively in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea can apply. Young K&C supports organisations working with children and young people under 25, with a particular focus on those facing disadvantage, including disabled young people. There are no religious restrictions. The funder welcomes applications from smaller organisations and encourages collaborative approaches.
