The Charity supports youth-oriented initiatives such as sports academies, community centres, and recreational facilities that promote physical activity, confidence-building, and social skills. It funds employability programmes offering skills training, mentoring, and work experience to combat youth unemployment. Poverty relief is addressed through equipment purchases, start-up costs, and project expansions for grassroots groups tackling food insecurity, housing instability, and family hardship. Community development projects that tackle social isolation, and family support services for carers, are also supported. Funded interventions favour early youth engagement, community-led regeneration, and holistic programmes integrating sports, education, and economic empowerment. The Charity focuses on deprived communities in Coventry and Warwickshire.

The Charity funds registered charities, community interest companies, community groups, and social enterprises. It prioritises grassroots organisations with lived-experience leadership, particularly those serving children aged 5-19, young people facing barriers, and families in resource-scarce environments. Applicants should demonstrate direct impact on vulnerable populations, robust governance, and alignment with local regeneration. The Charity favours organisations with a strong local presence in Coventry and Warwickshire's deprived communities.

The Charity does not fund replacement of statutory funding, medical research, national charities, animal welfare projects without human benefit, or projects outside Coventry and Warwickshire's deprived communities. It also excludes organisations with substantial reserves.

The Charity combines landmark capital projects with small grants distributed via community foundations. It welcomes unsolicited applications and favours grassroots CICs and charities. Funding supports both infrastructure and immediate needs, with an emphasis on evidence-based impact and direct beneficiary engagement.
