Colchester and Tendring Community Trust

The Trust funds projects that improve the lives of local people, particularly those who are disadvantaged, vulnerable, isolated, or lonely. Supported causes include educational projects, support for lonely or isolated people, opportunities for people suffering from physical or mental health problems, and activities that bring communities together. The Trust provides funding for equipment, transport, and events, and supports activities such as befriending schemes, youth mentoring, drop-in advice centres, mental health initiatives, skills and employability programs, community hubs, and capacity-building. All funded work must take place in Colchester and Tendring.
