Eureka Charitable Trust

The Eureka Charitable Trust is a UK-based Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) established in 2015, dedicated to advancing exclusively charitable purposes for public benefit worldwide. Governed by five trustees who exercise absolute discretion, its mission is intentionally broad and generalist, with no fixed thematic, sectoral, or geographic priorities, enabling flexible responses to evolving needs. Core values emphasise legal compliance, ethical conduct, prudent financial stewardship, and risk management, as evidenced by audited accounts and substantial charitable expenditure exceeding £2.5 million in 2023.

The Trust funds a diverse array of charitable activities, including education, health, child welfare, disability support, social care, and community development, often leaning towards children and youth initiatives. Grants range from under £10,000 to over £500,000, awarded adhoc via unpublicised trustee meetings.
