The Foundation funds youth enrichment programmes, after-school clubs, mentoring and skills-building activities that tackle barriers to opportunity and social isolation. Disability services for children and adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex health needs are supported through inclusion activities, special education support, sports programmes, therapeutic outings and independence-building interventions. Elderly care projects combating isolation via befriending, day services and community engagement are also funded, alongside hospice and palliative care for the terminally ill, respite care and emotional support for families and carers. Broader work with disadvantaged groups facing economic hardship includes volunteer-led outreach, peer support groups, creative arts, outdoor activities and targeted community therapies. Supported models include person-centred direct delivery, preventative community-led services, trauma-informed care and holistic family support. The Foundation operates across the United Kingdom.

Registered charities and community groups can apply for funding. The Foundation prioritises small grassroots organisations serving young people at risk, families caring for disabled or terminally ill relatives, isolated elderly people, and carers. It welcomes unsolicited applications and looks for projects that deliver direct, practical impact on marginalised lives. There is no religious restriction.

The Foundation does not fund core salaries, general running costs, building construction, transport, financial deficits, overseas projects, or unrestricted core funding. It focuses instead on defined project, capital and revenue needs.
