The Trust funds projects that unite rural communities, with a stated priority for churches, youth clubs and childcare institutions. This includes capital projects, equipment and improvements that help sustain community facilities and activities, such as repairs to village halls or church buildings, and equipment for preschools or youth groups. The work must take place within Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and/or Northamptonshire, and the organisation must be located and working in these counties. The Trust supports a range of community and faith-based organisations, including churches, community groups and schools, with grants that help bring people together and strengthen rural village life.

Registered charities, community groups, faith groups and schools can apply, provided they are located and working within Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and/or Northamptonshire. The Trust prioritises projects that benefit the wider community rather than individuals, and that help unite local rural communities. Organisations with a local presence and a clear role in village life are likely to be a good fit. The Trust welcomes unsolicited applications.

The Trust does not fund core or unrestricted costs, or projects that benefit individuals rather than the wider community. This means grants are not available for general running expenses or for activities that only help one person, rather than the community as a whole.

The Trust makes discretionary grants for specific projects, with a maximum grant amount. Funding is available for capital projects, equipment and improvements that help sustain community facilities and activities. The Trust welcomes unsolicited applications and considers them on a rolling basis.
