Lords Group Foundation

The Foundation supports youth development through motor projects, sea cadets, play associations, after-school clubs, and sports foundations for young people at risk of exclusion. Disability initiatives include groups aiding physical and learning disabilities, complex health needs, and conditions like ADHD, offering therapeutic activities, peer support, and inclusive community programs. Elderly care features hospice palliative services and respite care for isolated seniors. They also fund school projects, village halls, community centres, health services including ambulance trusts and mental health counselling, and community-led activities such as fun days, gardening, and creative arts. Funding is directed to grassroots organisations in specific communities where Lords Group operates, including Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Byfleet, Cheam, Edmonton, Kingston, Ladbroke Grove, Mitcham, Park Royal, Sutton, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, and Westbourne Grove.

Registered charities and community groups based in or serving the Foundation's business-local communities across England and Wales are eligible. The Foundation prioritises grassroots organisations supporting youth in hardship, disabled individuals, elderly people with infirmity, and socio-economically disadvantaged families. Applicants should demonstrate proven local impact and a focus on the highest-need groups within these areas.

The Foundation does not fund salary costs, loan repayments, or unrestricted funding. It favours capital projects, essential core costs, and activity-linked expenses with proven local impact.

The Foundation blends financial aid with practical staff involvement and business-rooted match-funding. It provides catalytic grants, in-kind donations, and staff engagement to amplify grassroots efforts, prioritising partnership-driven, evidence-based approaches over national or duplicative initiatives.
