Richard Reeve's Foundation

The Foundation supports initiatives that enhance educational attainment, employability and holistic growth for disadvantaged young people. Funded activities include bursaries, scholarships, mentoring, extracurricular enrichment, career guidance and vocational training. All work must benefit young people who live, work or study in Camden, Islington or the City of London and who demonstrate financial disadvantage. The Foundation focuses on projects that directly improve access to education and skills development within these three London areas.

Eligible applicants are UK-registered charities or academic institutions delivering activities in Camden, Islington or the City of London. The Foundation typically partners with established, medium-to-large organisations capable of borough-wide impact; smaller grassroots charities are rarely supported. Beneficiaries must be young people facing financial need within the target geography. There is no religious restriction on applicants or beneficiaries.

The Foundation does not support unrestricted funding, emergency relief, capital projects, or any initiative that falls outside its geographic or educational focus. Work that does not directly benefit young people in Camden, Islington or the City of London is not considered.

The Foundation takes a selective, proactive approach, forming strategic multi-year partnerships with organisations aligned to its mission. It does not accept unsolicited applications and instead works by invitation, initiating partnerships with established charities and academic institutions.
