Unsolicited applications are not accepted; trustees identify suitable charities directly.

The Foundation excludes organisations that are not UK-registered charities or that operate outside England and Wales. It does not support projects outside its focus areas of education, environment, youth, and community. Non-aligned themes and non-UK entities are not considered.
