Toyota (GB) Charitable Trust

The Trust prioritises civic and community initiatives, health and medical services, environmental projects, and education, arts, culture, mobility, and road safety. Within these broad areas, it supports medical equipment, disability support, road safety education, environmental education, intergenerational programmes, youth education in engineering, therapeutic activities, and community facilities and gardens. Funding is available for registered charities, schools, and community groups across England and Wales, with a focus on benefiting disabled people, children, and older people.

Registered charities, schools, and community groups based in England and Wales are eligible to apply. The Trust prioritises work that benefits disabled people, children, and older people. There are no faith-based restrictions, and unsolicited applications are welcomed through the rolling Toyota and Lexus Community Fund.

The Trust does not fund individuals or organisations based outside England and Wales. It also does not support activities that fall outside its stated priority areas of civic and community initiatives, health, environment, and education.

The Trust operates a rolling grant programme, the Toyota and Lexus Community Fund, which accepts unsolicited applications. Grants are made on a one-off basis, and the Trust does not specify a preference for core costs or project costs in its published guidance.
