Grants have been made to charities such as The Felix Project for food banks, energy advice, and welfare support. The work is delivered UK-wide, focusing on households facing multiple vulnerabilities like disability and low income.

Eligible applicants are UK-registered charities and community groups delivering frontline services across the United Kingdom. The funder favours small to medium-sized organisations with specialist expertise in fuel or food poverty. There are no strict income limits, but a UK base is required. Beneficiaries are households experiencing fuel or food poverty, particularly those with additional vulnerabilities such as disability or low income.

Utilita Giving does not fund core or unrestricted costs, nor capital projects. It also does not support work outside the specific areas of fuel and food poverty. Unsolicited applications are not accepted.

Grants are time-limited project awards focused on addressing immediate needs.
