The Foundation prioritises disability support for children and young people aged five to 19 with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, special educational needs, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and complex health needs. It funds educational initiatives such as after-school clubs, skills training, and SEND provision, alongside children's healthcare interventions, respite care, peer support groups for families caring for disabled children, employment training for disabled young people, counselling, and community outreach for isolated families. It also supports therapeutic activities, day services, holistic therapies, and practical projects promoting person-centred, preventative care, trauma-informed approaches, and early intervention. Work spans England and Wales.

Registered charities and community groups operating in England and Wales are eligible. The Foundation prioritises smaller organisations with lived-experience leadership that serve children and young people with disabilities, disabled young people, and families facing barriers in underserved communities. It seeks evidence-based, community-led charities that focus on direct beneficiary impact. It explicitly avoids large national charities or well-resourced causes, focusing instead on grassroots organisations that deliver direct, practical services often overlooked by larger funders.
