Henley Educational Trust

The Trust funds education-focused activities for young people under 25, including music tuition, playgroup fees, homework clubs, sports club fees, school uniform, and gap year educational electives. Organisational grants support local schools, community groups, and registered charities for projects with an educational outcome, such as those run by Henley Youth Festival, Brownies, Rod Eyot Boat Club, Henley Cricket Club, St John's Ambulance, and the Nomad Henley Partnership of Schools. All grants must be for educational use, which includes sports education. The Trust serves the Henley Area, specifically the parishes of Henley North, Henley South, Bix, Remenham, and Rotherfield Greys.

Individuals under 25 years old can apply for grants to support their educational activities. Organisations that can apply include local schools, community groups, and registered charities operating in the Henley Area. The Trust prioritises local educational support for families and organisations in the Henley community. There is no religious restriction on applicants.

The Trust does not fund school residential trips, except for the deposit fee. All grants must be for educational use, so non-educational activities are excluded.

The Trust welcomes unsolicited applications. Grants are awarded to both individuals and organisations for specific educational purposes.
