Eligible applicants are UK-registered charities; the open Community Fund targets micro/small organizations (income up to £100,000, 2+ years trading) based solely in Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, or Birmingham, while main multi-year partnerships (invitation-only) extend to the Scottish Borders and favor established experts.
