The Trust funds a wide range of causes that directly benefit the people of Kenilworth and its immediate area. Priority areas include youth development, activities for elderly people, disability support, mental health projects, family services, and food insecurity relief. They support one-off costs for specific items or activities, such as equipment purchases or project delivery, and expect matched funding from applicants. National charities are considered only if there is a direct and obvious local benefit. The Trust favours small, grassroots organisations delivering person-centred, preventative approaches that build resilience, wellbeing, and social connection among local residents facing hardship.

Registered charities and community groups based in or serving Kenilworth and Warwickshire are eligible to apply, with a strong preference for those operating in Kenilworth itself. The Trust particularly welcomes applications from small, grassroots organisations that deliver person-centred, preventative support to local residents. National charities may be considered only if the project provides a direct and obvious benefit to the people of Kenilworth. Applicants must not be raising funds to donate onwards to another charity.

The Trust does not fund core costs, and grants will not be provided to support national charity activities unless there is a direct, immediate and obvious benefit to the people of Kenilworth. They also do not support anyone raising funds to donate onwards to another charity, whether local or national.
