Charities working with children, young people, or older people are eligible, especially those supporting beneficiaries with health challenges, disability, emotional distress, bereavement, or social barriers. There are no religious restrictions on applicants.

The Foundation does not make grants to non-registered charities or individuals. It generally avoids supporting unproven or indirect initiatives, preferring interventions that deliver direct, tangible benefits to its target groups. Organisations that are not registered as charities in the UK are excluded. Beyond these restrictions, the Foundation has no other stated exclusions and imposes no religious limitations.
