P27 Trust

The Trust supports projects in evangelism, Christian witness, poverty relief, community development, social care, and assistance for vulnerable or marginalised groups, often through faith-based charities. Grants cover practical relief, core funding, capital, and revenue needs, including unrestricted support for organisations strengthening Christian mission alongside tangible help for distress and suffering. The Trust operates throughout England and Wales, with overseas work also welcome. It favours small to medium-sized organisations and tends to avoid well-funded issues, focusing instead on gospel-centred work with humanitarian impact.

Eligible applicants are primarily UK-registered charities, with a focus on England and Wales, though overseas organisations are also welcome. The Trust prefers small to medium-sized charities, particularly those with modest annual income and reserves below one year's expenditure. A Christian ethos and alignment with the trustees' priorities are key. Unsolicited written applications are accepted, and the Trust welcomes both registered charities and other eligible entities, though registered charity status is required.

The Trust avoids well-funded issues and organisations with high reserves, as well as non-charitable activities. It does not support groups that lack a Christian ethos or that do not align with the trustees' priorities. There are no formal thematic restrictions beyond faith-driven charitable need, but the focus remains on gospel-centred work with humanitarian impact.
