Red Arrows Trust

The Trust funds project grants for RAF welfare, community projects that enhance wellbeing, and educational outreach focused on aviation heritage. It supports charities delivering direct support to RAF families and work that builds public understanding of the RAF and military aviation. Specific areas of interest include financial aid, healthcare, and initiatives that benefit communities around RAF and Red Arrows sites. The Trust works UK-wide and prefers to fund small to medium-sized charities with a clear connection to the RAF or its locations.

Eligible applicants are UK-registered charities with at least two years of registration, operating UK-wide or with a clear link to RAF and Red Arrows sites. The Trust prioritises small to medium-sized organisations and looks for proven impact rather than a strict income threshold. It supports charities that work with serving and veteran RAF personnel, their dependents, and communities experiencing disadvantage due to youth, age, ill-health, disability, or financial hardship. Unsolicited applications are welcomed.

The Trust does not fund individuals, animal welfare charities, activities that promote faith, or projects that charge participants. It does not cover core costs or provide unrestricted funding, and charities registered for less than two years are not eligible.
