Sarah's Trust

The Trust funds projects in crisis response, education, child welfare, health and wellbeing, homelessness, poverty alleviation and refugee support. It prioritises overlooked vulnerable groups including women, children, families and displaced communities. Supported costs include emergency relief, capacity building, essentials distribution, psychosocial interventions and community initiatives. Their work has a strong UK focus alongside international reach, including projects in Ghana. Grants support both immediate crisis needs and long-term capacity building.

The Trust welcomes small to medium-sized grassroots charities and NGOs with no geographic or religious restrictions. It favours organisations that are underserved by mainstream funders and that address acute needs of vulnerable groups, particularly women, children, families and displaced communities. The Trust supports both UK-based and international work. Applicants should demonstrate action-oriented, evidence-based approaches aligned with the Trust's mission.

The Trust does not accept unsolicited applications; all funding is by invitation only. It does not fund match funding, endowments, or direct support to individuals. Large institutions or for-profit entities are not supported.

The Trust takes a hands-on, ambassadorial approach, fostering partnerships and advocacy alongside financial grants. It offers rapid crisis flexibility, non-financial expertise, donor matchmaking and personal project engagement. The Trust operates by invitation only, building close relationships with grantees to ensure measurable outcomes and sustainable impact.
