Snow Sports Foundation

The foundation supports cause areas of disability and sport, funding the costs of participating in snow sports for those who cannot self-fund. This includes tuition, specialist support, travel, and other participation costs. Grants are awarded for projects that enhance wellbeing, improve family dynamics, and develop transferable skills. The foundation prioritises outcomes that build confidence, physical fitness, life skills, and social integration. Work takes place at UK indoor centres, and applicants can be based anywhere in the UK. All funded activities must be centred on snow sports.

UK registered charities and community groups are eligible, as are individuals facing the barriers the foundation seeks to address. The foundation prioritises smaller organisations and grassroots groups working with the most marginalised people, including those with neurodiversity, disabilities, mental health challenges, financial hardship, or social exclusion. There are no strict income limits, and the foundation has no religious affiliation. Applications are by invitation or referral only, so interested parties should connect with the foundation through its partner network.

The foundation does not fund large capital projects, unrestricted core costs, or activities outside of snow sports. It focuses its resources on direct participation costs and specialist support within the snow sports setting.
