Applications are unsolicited and accepted year-round via an initial online eligibility questionnaire followed by a full form with financials, budgets, and impact data. Small grants under £25,000 are reviewed monthly, while larger ones go to quarterly trustee meetings in January, April, July, and October, with decisions typically in 2-3 months.

Distinctively flexible, the Trust offers unrestricted and core funding, often in repeat grants for sustained impact, and maintains a discretionary fund for exceptional cases beyond core themes.
