It also avoids projects that do not show clear, measurable outcomes or that fall outside its core priorities of health, disability, poverty, and social welfare. Activities considered purely promotional or lacking a direct charitable purpose are not supported.

It looks for evidence-based interventions and strategic, values-driven partnerships that encourage dignity and community resilience.
