They also fund health preservation via disability support services such as therapeutic activities, respite care, and sickness relief for disabled adults and families. Poverty alleviation efforts target food insecurity with food banks and meal provisions, while homelessness prevention focuses on shelter initiatives and basic necessities aid. The Foundation further supports marginalised groups experiencing acute need, such as families in crisis, carers of disabled individuals, and isolated elderly people. Funded interventions include core funding for day services, counselling, peer support groups, outreach for vulnerable homeless people, employment training for youth with disabilities, community-led poverty relief, preventative health measures, person-centred disability care, and early intervention to avert family breakdown. All work is within England and Wales.

Registered charities operating in England and Wales are eligible to apply. The Foundation prioritises beneficiaries including disabled people with physical or learning disabilities, children and families facing hunger or housing insecurity, carers needing respite, and marginalised individuals in acute poverty or health crisis. They favour responsive, grassroots charities demonstrating ethical alignment, public benefit, and adaptability to welfare gaps in underfunded areas. There is no faith restriction, though the Foundation blends Jewish community-linked causes with generalist UK-wide support.

The Foundation provides both unrestricted and project funding, prioritising trustee-guided discretion to empower charities delivering tangible relief. They welcome unsolicited applications and favour interventions demonstrating direct impact on education access, health equity, and poverty reduction.
