Partnership Foundation

The Partnership Foundation is an urban regeneration charity founded to combat deprivation and neglect by enhancing social and economic well-being for disadvantaged communities. Guided by values of inclusion, community empowerment, and sustainable transformation, it empowers grassroots voluntary organizations through practical resourcing, believing lasting change arises from local voluntarism addressing root inequities via frontline initiatives that build resilience, foster cohesion, and deliver tangible improvements in living conditions for marginalized residents.

It prioritizes economic regeneration through employment training, skills development, and youth work tackling unemployment and poverty for young people and families in hardship; social regeneration via community development projects including food banks addressing food insecurity, community kitchens, and befriending schemes combating social isolation; homelessness interventions encompassing shelter provision, rough sleeper outreach, drop-in centres, emergency accommodation, and prevention services for homeless people and those at risk of rough sleeping; poverty alleviation with direct aid like utility support and crisis grants; capacity building for volunteer-led groups delivering day services, peer support groups, mentoring, and holistic interventions promoting independence and community ties.
